Junior Web Developer

A Junior Web Developer is needed to translate web designs into live sites through quality programming and testing. We are looking for pixel perfect build quality.

You will be required to develop websites ensuring strong functionality and optimization and build web interfaces and their corresponding databases, integrate videos, animations and generally enhancing functionality. You will also be involved in understanding analytics and developing sites using SEO.

You should be able to write clean code from scratch to meet W3C standards, have experience with CMS, use industry software and graphics packages as well as be able to test websites in multiple browsers and solve any technical problems.

You will need to be proficient in (X) HTML and CSS and have a good knowledge of JavaScript/JQuery, PHP and MySQL as well as have experience in developing WordPress powered websites. Experience in using Flash is advantageous but not essential.

As well as the above, an interest in programming for iOS is an advantage.

Web/graphical design skills not essential

A graduate is preferable and you would hold a relevant degree or equivalent, however previous employment/experience in this area would be considered. Great attention to detail and having a strong portfolio of work are also essential.

Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The work demands creative flair, up-to date knowledge of industry software (Adobe CS5) and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

You will be involved in brainstorms, interpreting our clients’ business needs and working on the development of new ideas and concepts for both print and web, through to the completion and proofing of the project.

Multimedia skills will be an added advantage as will website and HTML programming, although not essential.

A graduate is required and you will need to hold a graphic design degree or equivalent, however great attention to detail and having a strong portfolio of work are also essential.

You should have good interpersonal skills and be comfortable liaising with suppliers and clients.
