Project Team

Project Manager

This position is to support our current project and account management function through the efficient running of client accounts and projects to required deadlines, agreed specifications and specified budgets.

You will need the ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously and these projects will vary from branding and print projects through to multimedia and web projects as well as being involved in the organisation of events and exhibitions.

You will be managing jobs from the initial briefing through to successful completion and invoicing. All projects will include client, supplier and design team liaison while adhering to all internal procedures regarding proofing and client approval.

Ideally we are seeking a Project Manager with experience of working in a similar creative, integrated or digital agency. Experience of exhibitions and events would be beneficial as would a Pharmaceutical background, but is not essential.

You would need to be a logical thinker who has creative flair. Attention to detail, a good telephone manner and common sense is essential.

Accounts Team

Accounts Administrator (part-time)

Touch Creative are recruiting for a part-time (10-15 hrs a week) Accounts Administrator.

You will be assisting with the following duties:

  • Processing of supplier invoices and posting to Sage
  • Dealing with supplier statement reconciliation
  • Handling queries relating to payment scheduling
  • Petty cash handling and reconciliation
  • Credit control – weekly debtors list and preparing statements
  • Filing company invoices
  • Assisting with other ad hoc duties as required by the Office Manager

To be successful in the role you must be a flexible, hardworking individual, with excellent attention to detail and a team player. Previous bookkeeping experience would be an advantage.
