Project Team

Project Co-ordinator

This position is to support our current project and account management function through the efficient running of client accounts and projects to required deadlines, agreed specifications and specified budgets.

You will need the ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously and these projects will vary from branding and print projects through to multimedia and web projects. You may even get the opportunity to be involved in the organization of events and exhibitions.

You will be managing jobs from the initial briefing through to successful completion and invoicing. All projects will include client, supplier and design team liaison while adhering to all internal procedures regarding proofing and client approval.

The ideal candidate should be a logical thinker who has creative flair. Attention to detail, a good telephone manner and common sense is essential.

This position would be a good opportunity for a recent graduate with some work experience as full training will be given, however relevant experience would be suitable.

Design Team

Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

The work demands creative flair, up-to date knowledge of industry software (Adobe Creative Suite) and a professional approach to briefs, allocated time, costs and deadlines.

You will be involved in brainstorms, interpreting our clients’ business needs and working on the development of new ideas and concepts for both print and web, through to the completion and proofing of the project.

You will need to hold a graphic design degree or equivalent. Great attention to detail and a strong portfolio of work are also essential. You should have good interpersonal skills and be comfortable liaising with suppliers and clients.

One or more of the following skills would be highly advantageous (although not essential):

  • Animation/video editing
  • Aptitude for programming (HTML, CSS, WordPress, CMS)
  • Photography
  • Freehand illustration
  • Powerpoint/Prezi
  • Prior knowledge/experience of the Pharmaceutical industry
